Living in Arizona, our warm and sunny climate allows us to enjoy all kinds of citrus during the winter. Many homes here in Phoenix plant trees like lemons, grapefruit, oranges, limes and tangelos right in their backyard. We’re fortunate enough to have a few of these mature trees at our house – what better way to get some Vitamin C than right from your yard! Before we juice them, however, I love decorating with them around the house – this was the inspiration for my fresh citrus table that I paired with crisp navy to showcase the bright fruit that’s so abundant in my home state!
The combo of bright oranges and yellows with navy is so cheerful – and blue is one color that can really be used year-round, so I don’t hesitate purchasing table top items in this hue – they will get a lot of mileage throughout the seasons for me.
