It’s no surprise that we take full advantage of our gorgeous weather here in Arizona. Entertaining outdoors is just a way of life in the desert and a lot of my table decor is used year-round, both inside and outside. Having a pool is essential in Phoenix and I love to plan dinners right next to it – here’s my white and pink poolside table. Perfect for a warm summer night, because it’s simple, and doesn’t require a lot of time or energy.
For this white and pink poolside table setting, I used what I already had in my entertaining arsenal. The flowers were fresh, but only required 2 or 3 bunches to fill these small vases – Trader Joe’s is my best source for florals.
Pink water goblets infuse more blush into the setting and help soften the black metal table. Just because you’re using pink doesn’t meaning that it has to be ultra feminine – be sure to include some black or gray, like I did here, for some depth. All of the plates are from different stores, which is how I mix and match my place settings.

Truth about the napkins: I selected them at a napkin exchange party. Each guest brought 12 napkins to enter into the exchange and we took turns drawing numbers and picking our prize. Super fun theme for a party and everyone walks away a winner!

A white linen table runner with black typographic wine varieties graces the middle of my white and pink poolside table – the contrast between the dark metal table and light runner really makes it stand out.
