Holiday Hosting at Home #2: Fall Tablescapes and Home Decor

Here is my second installment for Holiday Hosting at Home! I’ve teamed up with two special friends, Home with Holliday and Home with Holly J, who are both masters at entertaining at home. From Fall decor to fantastic table settings to hosting tips, we hope you come along for some inspiration on how to entertain at home this holiday season.
Please go to the original post linked below each image if you would like to pin any of the images. I encourage you to check out their blogs – there’s so much to see and I know you feel inspired after visiting their sites!

Home with Holliday

Holliday’s shows how you can use nature to decorate your table! Green apples, birch branches, pine sprigs and pinecones add to this beautiful Fall ambiance. You could use this centerpiece all Fall long, adding in some orange as it gets closer to Thanksgiving, and adding some red around Christmas time.
Here is the entire post on Fall Centerpiece with Green Apples.

Isn’t this moss centerpiece a showstopper? I love how Holliday used brown velvet pumpkins in the middle and green glass pumpkins on each table setting to tie in the decor. Napkins in a gorgeous rich shade of olive green are adorned with a pine cone napkin ring help bring the outdoor hues inside to this stunning table.

Home with Holly J

Using a large wooden pumpkin in the middle as a centerpiece, Holly nestled in orange, tan, and brown, velvet pumpkins, throughout the greenery and orange and cream flowers. A fun orange salad plate, tan colored napkins, wicker napkin rings, white chargers, and hyacinth placemats make this such a pretty table for Fall!

For this table, Holly wanted to repurpose the same table swag for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. Genius! She used faux frosted tip pine branches, frosted eucalyptus, pine cone picks that were painted the same color as the table, and faux cedar branches.

No orange or purple here on this Halloween tablescape! Black, charcoal, and smoky gray represent the eerie graveyard of a table! Great for your adult Halloween Dinner Party, I promise you’ll get oohs and ahhhs from the surprise right before dinner is served.

For my Thanksgiving table, I wanted to try something different and unexpected, so I chose a neutral, soft palette with aqua, cream and celadon.  More versatile than your typical Thanksgiving color scheme, you could use this all Fall and Winter long!
