Whisk up the vinaigrette ingredients.
Adding more olive oil, be sure to get the measurements right!

Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette
My go-to dressing: it works on just about any lettuce or salad and uses what I always have in my pantry

Ingredients
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 t white wine vinegar
- 1/2 t dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c good olive oil
- sea salt & pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together first four ingredients
- Slowly whisk in olive oil
- Add salt & pepper to taste
