Winter Blue Table with Natural Agate Touches

I’m always looking for ways to reuse decor items that I already have, making them versatile all year long, not just during the holidays. My elegant winter blue table is a perfect example of how I used what I owned, and simply added a few natural agate touches to freshen it up. When selecting entertaining items, think of purchasing things that can last throughout the seasons – this is how you build an entertaining arsenal . . . my secret for easy hosting.

I know what I have and work around that supply, building where needed and supplementing items here and there.

blue napkin rings — Name cards take the guesswork out of where to sit so that you guests don’t have to worry about seating arrangements.

blue winter table — Floral arrangements should be keep at a maximum height of 12″ so that conversation can be easily heard across the table and guests can see each other without obstruction

gold lanterns — Gold lanterns with greenery adorned down side are an elegant touch – a single pillar candle is all that is needed for my winter blue table

Would you believe that this eucalyptus garland is faux? Real springs are easily found in grocery stores year-round, but this 6′ long garland allows me to have this ready any time I need it.
